i got a little off track this weekend, which sucks but what can you do.

Tomorrow is a new day and i’m super motivated and ready to lose the weight and be the best me i can be!

Tomorrow i will get up at 5, i will work my ass off, i will eat healthy throughout the day and i won’t binge, i will keep hydrated, i will lose this weight, and i will be the best me i can be.
